The rumors were now over as the Samsung Galaxy Note 10.1 will begin to ship in the US this week. The rumor that made Samsung reveal the official specs of the Galaxy Note 10.1 was the early pre-order and shipment of the Note way ahead of schedule by an online seller. Actually, I have heard the news about the Samsung Galaxy Note 10.1’s unveiling and availability days ago but I didn’t mind writing about it. However, an email notification coming from Youtube got my attention.

Galaxy Note 10.1 Features

Samsung Galaxy 10.1 is an awesome tablet. The moment I watched the official hands-on video of Samsung Mobile, I was really amazed because of how beautiful the device works. It also has a good-looking and sleek interface which is partnered with a great screen resolution. The video showcased the incredible features of the Galaxy Note 10.1 and it also emphasized the ultimate multitasking capability of the tablet through the help of “S Pen”.

Speaking of multitasking, it can magically divide its screen to display two apps at a time – making multitasking as easy as 1-2-3. A user can easily manage his launched apps and operate them simultaneously. Furthermore, the presence of the S Pen makes a good complement to this ability as it can handle two running apps easily. Indeed, the S Pen is the most important key to the Galaxy Note 10.1’s success as this is a major plus when it comes to overall usability against the new iPad 3 as professionals may find this stylus very useful.

  1. I prefer the GN10.1 because of the stylus. I’m actually planning to buy one if the price drops a little. I love to draw and having more control is a big plus for me. I tried using those so-called capacitive stylus (the ones with those large soft rubber tips) on an iPad and the experience was horrendous and very frustrating.

  2. it depends really. if you want to be “locked in” to apple or to android. there are really good iOS apps that don’t come out in the android. it seems apple apps are better designed than android ones.
